Agreement
I hereby accept and abide by the terms of Northerns Tygerberg Rugby Football Club, trading as Connect NTK RFC and herein referred to as Connect NTK. I understand this agreement is for the entire duration of my time at the training facility and associated club events.
Indemnity
I agree to release and hold harmless Connect NTK and its employees from any loss, liability, claim of bodily harm, property damage, or costs which may arise due to the use of Connect NTK equipment, facilities, and my participation in Connect NTK programs, sessions, PT, and activities.
Terms
Use of the facilities
Facilities shall be used for training purposes only. No other activities will be allowed, and violations will be sanctioned. Conducting business or paid services is not allowed.
Code of conduct
The client shall respect the behavioral and operating principles and follow them on all occasions.
partner School premises
The client shall respect any requirements, requests, or expectations made by any school site used as part of Connect NTK’s local partnerships; including security, noise, child welfare and respect for local residents.
Loss of property or theft
Connect NTK does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings, even if locked in a locker.
Health
The client confirms that he/she does not suffer from any health problems that would hinder exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to the client’s health, safety, or physical condition if he/she did exercise. In case of any doubt, the client shall seek advice from a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise. Connect NTK shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the client’s physical condition.
Insurance
The client confirms that he/she holds the necessary insurances to cover any accident or training incident. Connect NTK shall not be subject to any claim, demand, or injury whatsoever with regard to the assessment of the member’s health condition or for any injury arising out of the client’s disability, impairment, or death.
Staff
Connect NTK staff are qualified and/or trained on an ongoing basis to deliver coaching services to adults and children, including the use of all equipment held within the training facilities.
Liability
Each client of Connect NTK shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by the client at the Connect NTK premises. It shall be the obligation of the client to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement thereof.
Waiver of Liability
Any and all use of Connect NTK, its facilities and those of its partner institutions, shall be at the client’s own risk at all times. The client shall not utilize the equipment unless he/she knows the correct usage thereof. Connect NTK shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact, or damages to the client, or the property of the client, or be subject to any claim arising out of the use of the premises.
